Mirco Signorell completed a basic commercial training in insurance and graduated with a Swiss Federal Certificate of Proficiency in Business Administration, with further education and training received in the financial sector. He has applied his professional expertise since 1998 and been working with Vermögens Planungs Zentrum AG since 2003 as an advisor to demanding private customers in the area of holistic asset, retirement and tax planning. Since 2008, Mirco Signorell has been a CEO & Owner of Vermögens Planungs Zentrum AG and, in addition to his management and advisory functions, by virtue of more than 25 years of sound professional experience and his entrepreneurial spirit, he has also been a member of the board of directors of several financial companies. Furthermore, he is the author of a variety of specialist articles and media contributions on financial issues, and a consultant for various events and seminars on financial planning.

Walter Spiess studied at St. Gallen Higher Business School on an extra-occupational basis over three years and is now a Certified Business Economist. After that, he kept attending courses to further his education and training in finance, taxation and insurance. He has been with Vermögens Planungs Zentrum AG since its foundation and has by now become part of management. Walter Spiess is in charge of all internal operational processes and is now the key link for all matters between management and the various divisions, such as marketing, communication, consultancy and administration.

Mike Gassner began his professional career with basic commercial training in the financial sector. After obtaining his federal certificate as a marketing specialist, he successfully completed his further training as an online and social media marketing manager. He has been with Vermögens Planungs Zentrum AG since 2024 and is a member of the Executive Board. As Deputy Head of Finance & Compliance, Mike Gassner is responsible for the internal operations process for the various departments such as Marketing, Communications, Consulting and Administration.

Michael Bischof completed his basic training as a retail employee with a federal certificate at a young age. At the age of 25, he decided to enter the insurance industry, after which he moved into traditional asset management a further 5 years later. With his proven skills, he has been looking after domestic and foreign clients for over 20 years and has undergone continuous training and further education. He has now been working as a consultant and project planner at Vermögens Planungs Zentrum AG since 2012 and is able to offer his clients professional support and added value thanks to his broad and in-depth knowledge.
